Computer Repair
The computer needed to be shipped out to a repair service and it took longer than expected due to faulty equipment. Eric called several times to update on the progress and determine a time to drop the computer off once it had been shipped back to him. The thing I most appreciate about the service was the home pickup and drop off. Eric was very knowledgeable and professional.
