Mark was awesome!! We had bought a new garage door opener and got stuck when it came to the new bracket, sensors, etc. We called him, he came out and finished the installation for us. He did a great job (and took a lot less time than it would have taken us to figure it out and finish the project).
I wish we would have called him in the first place! He may have been able to repair our old one (that we had already taken apart). Mark is punctual, professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and fair! He also texts which is nice!
I have dealt with some repair people who do like to take over projects that someone else had started, but Mark went right in, went to work and didn't blink an eye about s getting stuck. : )
We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing garage door repairs or replacements!
