Pool and Spa Servicing
Terrible customer service. Condescending twit sales person
Please get all the details and do your own research before dealing with this company or you're going to get something you didn't expect. Nothing is explained to you beforehand.
Improperly installed drain and slow installation resulted in our pool coming out of the ground and they hard to start over from scratch. Months and months of mud because of their error.
Installed ugly cover on top of concrete when we expected the system to be installed as shown in the company's brochure. Lied to the cover manufacturer that we had visited another pool with the same cover and agreed. Turns out they were too lazy or insecure about doing the installation the way it is advertised and pictured in their literature and on their website. By the time you know it, it's too late because the $15,000 worth of concrete work is already done.
