Larry came the same day to look at our rental property air conditioner, immediately was able to identify the problem, ordered the part and got it fixed. He and his help are courteous, efficient and honest hard working Christian men. I will use Pemberton Heating and Air anytime I need help with my home or my rental property. He also installed a new HVAC system at our home and was priced $1400 less than the competition!!!!! I was blown away!

Larry Pemberton identified the issue with our furnace making a "boom" every time it cycled on as a faulty gas valve. He ordered the part quickly (while still at our home on a Thursday). He also provided an estimate for the duct work in the attic at that time. He called on Friday to let us know the gas valve hadn't been received yet and called again Sunday evening to say the part had come in Saturday and to schedule the installation for Monday. He arrived promptly on Monday at the designated time and the furnace and duct work were repaired quickly. He was very professional and we would gladly do business with the Larry and his company again.
