I own rental properties and Patrick has painted three rooms, painted two doors, replaced trim, replaced a light, replaced a light switch, replaced flooring in one room, replaced joist under the floor, removed three trees, removed vines under siding and then replaced siding back. With Patrickâ s expertise I was able to get my properties back on the market within reasonable timeframe. Will call him to continue other repairs and recommend to family and friends.

Patrick was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Took good care to paint trim of the garage properly. Also good with pets and did a walk-around with me when finished. Overall a very good experience!
