I hired Tim Rexroat, owner of Cutting Edge, to install patio blocks in our backyard, as well as replant grass. He & his crew took about 2 months, and when they were finished, it was uneven, there were some blocks that were touching the pool (we asked him NOT to have them touch the pool) and there were huge spaces in between some of the blocks, where others had no spaces. I called him time & time again to please come fix it, and he told me over the phone that it was fine - his men did a great job. I kept calling, he kept telling me the same thing. After continuously calling, he finally agreed to come look at what they did wrong. I told him I wouldn't be home, but there was a list of things I disagreed with on the fence. On the note, I asked him to call me after he looked things over. (What he didn't know was that I was babysitting for a friend across the street and could see everything) I saw him pull up (by himself), get out of his truck, grab the note and got back into his truck. He didn't even open the gate to look at what was on the list! I waited for him to call, which he never did. Around 4:30 that day, I called him and asked if he had gotten a chance to look at the work he had done. He said he did come by, and that he had a landscaper friend with him that said there was nothing wrong with the work that Cutting Edge did. I then told him what I saw him do earlier that day. He was silent. I then told him I was done being nice and I would see him in court. About 2 months later, we were in court. I had taken pictures of his work, I had a copy of the note I hung on the fence that day, and a record of all the conversations between Tim & I. I won the case. My suggestion to everyone reading this, DO NOT GO WITH CUTTING EDGE!!!
Description of Work: Reseeding of grass, and a new patio in my backyard. They were to take out all of the rock that was surrounding my pool and install patio blocks throughout my backyard where the rock was.
