Home Building
I was quoted a price to which I agreed, expecting the repair to take several hours since the price was so high. Three workmen spent one hour each here and I was charged $525. The only materials used were a few nails and some caulking so the bill was nearly all labor. It figured out to $175 per hour labor for each workman. When I complained about the high hourly rate, I got no positive response or adjustment in the price.
