I was in a hurry to replace these windows in a house I was selling. I visited the showroom, but the only people there were the owner and his wife because the factory was closed for the week. I explained my need for speed, and the owner himself came out to measure that week. They had the windows ready and installed at least a week before their estimated date. The installers were efficient and professional.
