Description of Work: I had asked them to give me an extimate on removing a tree and triming a tree at my son's home. I did aske him to call before going there, he did not call me until after he went to my son's home. I asked him to just remove the tree the and grind the stump, he said he would do it weather premitting. A week later he called to say that they were busy and it would be a couple more days, I told him not to worry about it my husband had already too care of it. He thanked me.
