The main issue we had was that they assigned a new person who recently moved down to the warehouse to do the design. He used the software to the best of his ability and I'm assuming he had oversight from people, but he did mess up the design, which forced me to re-order two different cabinets. I had to pay for one of them out of pocket and I ended up with a bunch of trim that I can't use because he didn't set the ceiling to the right height in his model. He told me that I had a three inch trim and it turned out I didn't. Then, they wouldn't take it back so, overall, it was a very poor experience. It even went all the way up to the top with the sales manager, it wasn't just the sales person, I dealt with the store manager. He wouldn't even return my phone calls. So, I'm very disappointed overall and I would not recommend them to anyone for ordering or installing cabinets. The cabinets came in when they said they would and they did deliver them, but using a stock-boy on a $7000 kitchen design was, to me, unacceptable.
