Pods Corporate/Other Areas- The reason I would not recommend using this provider in the future is for out of area moves. I am now ready to move into my new location and Pods corporate as well as the local Pods office (Indianapolis) will not assist me in getting the containers dropped off in a staggered method (the same as when they were dropped off). They will only guarantee that the containers will be dropped off within a certain day and will not confirm the 3 hour timeframe until the day before they are dropping off the container.
Unfortunately, even though I received great service from the Edwardsville location I will definitely not use this company again because of their poor corporate policies and the unwritten corporate policy to make things as difficult as possible for their customers. I reiterate that the Edwardsville location was not like the corporate office and was wonderful to deal with!
