Our AC unit went out while we were on vacation. Chris Martinussen came out right away and assessed the problem and gave us several choices for a solution, explaining each. We had been having problems with it for a while and another local firm was unable to figure it out. We decided to have the entire unit replaced. Again, Chris was able to get this done right away. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. A pleasure to work with.

The owner, Chris, is completely professional in everything that he does. He does not stop until the job is finished to the satisfaction of the customer. He has come out a couple of times to follow-up with the system. I was unsure as to how the system operates. He is a great teacher when it comes to operating the equipment. His prices are incredibly reasonable.
