We've been using LaBest for a couple of years. We put both of our dogs in one "private suite" that is indoors (air conditioned/heated) and bring their food, treats, and blankets with them. The staff knows the dogs and shows them affection. We always get them groomed before we pick them up. Once there was a problem with one of our dogs and the owner was very prompt in trying to help. We will continue to use them.
