 + -1 moreAfter several attempts by me to restart the pilot light, I called John. He came out later that day. He had replaced this water heater 2 years ago. As it turned out the gas valve regulator was defective. He ordered the part that night. The next morning he took the defective part to the parts store and returned with the new part, which he installed. He did not charge us because he said he stood by his work. The part was under warranty. John has always treated us more than fair. He is an honest and hard working man. I highly recommend him for water heater, furnace or A/C.
Description of Work: Replaced gas valve regulator on a 2 year old water heater.
