I had ground in dirt in very light grout, some grout had turned black and I was unable to clean. I previously tried many different grout cleaning products. My kitchen, sunroom, bathroom, pantry, and laundry room were all cleaned and sealed and it looks amazing. I had tried a very reputable company years ago and they melted paint off all my baseboards, totally ruined baseboards. Crime Stoppers did an amazing job and it was a somewhat large area, took about 3 1/2 hours. They removed all furniture and replaced everything before they left.
