My 30-year old furnace was sputtering to a shut-down and the CO2 alarms were sounding. . . .no squeezing by until after Xmas. Mark was prompt in arriving, with his diagnosis and getting me an estimate.
The install was difficult as the water heater is very close to the furnace and both are in a utility-room alcove. Very little elbow room. We had a standing joke about his hugging my water heater. Also, Mark had to route new venting across the ceiling and out the side of the building as new regulations prevent reusing the old chimney venting. My house design prohibited any veritical routing.
He was prompt and courteous. Very pleasant to work with.
Because of cold weather, he didn't deliver the A/C unit until the Spring of 2014. There was no reminder from me. He initiated the install of that on a new pad complete with hookup.
I am very happy with the results. To top that, my Ameren bill has gone down. Yea!
