They came in with a team and were done surprisingly quickly. I even had a driveway full of cars that they ensured were safe.

Trent came and inspected all of the trees in my yard. He noted that not only did the branches in the black walnut and maple trees need trimming but both trees had a lot of deadwood in them which should be removed as well. He also noted that a sweet gum tree I also have in my yard had some deadwood in it as well. I agreed to have all three trees trimmed and pruned. An Arbor Management crew came out on a Sunday afternoon and performed the work on all three trees. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. After they were finished they did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was very impressed.

The fellows at Arbor Management are top notch! They are not mere tree trimmers - they really do MANAGE the trees! I called them initially to have an estimate for removal of a large pine tree. They convinced me that trimming the tree would save a perfectly healthy tree while keeping it under control so as not to damage the house (it's a very large tree growing in a very narrow strip of land). I'm very happy with the results. They also trimmed all the dead wood from a second tree, keeping it from pummeling the garage. The work was done quickly and very neatly! PS Thanks for the baklava!!!

There was a pear tree in my back yard way too close to the in-ground pool.  After consulting with Arbor management we decided to have it removed.  They were prompt, courteous and professional, taking care to clean up the site after they were done.

They did an excellent job!  They were on time and cleaned up very nicely after the work was completed.  They were very Professional and I was very pleased with their services.  I would highly recommend them to others.

This is the first time that we have used this company. We chose this company because it is a local company and had received "A's" from other Angie's List members.
The work went exceedingly well. I had concerns because the trees that needed to be removed were quite large and extended a fair amount over the house.
Nick Demetrulias is the owner and is quite personable. He was younger than I expected but soon showed that he was knowledgeable and I felt that he and his company would do the job to my satisfaction. I was also impressed by Nick offering other alternatives such as trimming as opposed to removing the trees. This was not an option for us as we will need to do some foundation work on the house and the trees would be in the way of that project.
This was a three day job due to the somewhat small area that the workers had to work in and the size of the trees that had to be taken down. Blake was the foreman on this project and he and Nick directed the work. The workers cleaned up the job site each night. All the workers were hardworking and professional in appearance and the way they performed the job. The reason why I say this is because my wife and I both work and were gone most of the time the work was being performed. Three of my neighbors from different households commented quite favorably on the way the way the work was performed and the way the workers did their jobs. The neighbor in the adjacent yard where most of the work was done and whose property was most affected by this project told me that "These are good, quality people."
I feel that I received very good value for the price that we paid for this job. I would also recommend this company to other Angie's List members without reservation.

I have used these guys 2x, and both times it has been a great experience. They were by far the most knowledgable and the most reasonably priced. Work was done right away, and clean up was so good, you never even knew they had been in the yard.

Nic was extremely professional, from start to finish. He was communicative, prompt, and reasonable in his estimate. He clearly knows trees, and we felt confident in his recommendations about how to proceed with our project. Our tree removal took a day and a half, and he left our yard in excellent condition. We weren't home when he finished, and he took the initiative to tell us that he had inadvertently dented one of our downspouts and offered to replace it. We probably would never have noticed the minor damage, but he was honest enough to tell us about it, and I found that exemplary. We were completely satisfied with Nic's work and were most impressed by his knowledge, communication and professionalism. We highly recommend him!

Nic came out and gave a thorough estimate as well as good advise on what trees needed to be removed.  He did not try to oversell work that did not need to be done!!  Work was done on time and as promised.   All the work was done by hand with ropes no big bucket truck leaving tire marks in the yard!!  The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves.  I would definitely recommend  them.

Professional service. Rescheduling of the work was necessary due to large storm in the area, but no problems. Work was completed in one day.

Went great.  Didn't even know they had been there.  Cleaned everything up.  Very professional job and he actually knew what they were doing and didn't just "chop" our tree like some of them in the neighborhood.

Contacted provider to remove tree limbs in yard as a result of storm damage.  He recommended that the tree be trimmed to prevent further problems (he did not pressure me in any way to perform this service).  I agreed to his recommendation and he trimmed the tree in a highly professional and courteous manner.  I will definitely use him again if other such services are needed.

Nic  came out and walked thru my property, giving me info about each tree and making recommendations as to what should be done.   He and his crew were pleasant and professional.  Great job - will definitely use again.
