The company replaced my central heating and air conditioning system less than two years ago at a cost of $14,500. However, the brazing joint—located just inches from the air coil—was improperly done, resulting in a slow refrigerant leak. Over the course of 16 -18 months, the system lost 6 pounds of Freon. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention and showed him the problem, he acknowledged it but refused to take responsibility, stating that his workmanship is only covered under a 12-month warranty. As a result, I was forced to pay an additional $1,113 out of pocket to repair the leak and recharge the system. This experience reflects poor workmanship and a lack of accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.
