Asked all the right questions and presented options during bidding process. I felt quite comfortable throughout the process, i.e., he seemed experienced. He predicted that he would be able to start in March, a month from the esimate, but didn't actually get to work until May. Actual on-site work took Mon-Fri week. Dust control was fantastic and cleanup, save for disposal of old flooring, was a cinch. A year on, the floor still looks great and has only a few squeaks in high traffic areas. There are no gaps greater than 1/32 of an inch.
