Not only was the bid very competiive, they were willing to work with me on the schedule, and provided excellent service and quick turnaround. Darrell is incredibly helpful and friendly. He is willing to take extra time and explain the report so that the customer understands and is satisfied. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I called Darrel Bush the next morning, right at 8am. I collected a few samples, and he came out to my house within an hour. I had to go to work, but he called my cell phone to let me know that we have "swarming" ants, not termites. Termites swarm from the end of March to the beginning of June. Ants swarm in the fall. He did not charge for this visit. Darrel charges $30 for a full termite inspection and recommends homes older than 10 years to be inspected every few years. He was very professional and his staff was helpful and friendly as well. We will use Darrel for any and all bug or pest problems from now on.

Technician arrived on-time and quickly began work drilling holes into the exterior slabs, garage slabs, and masonry foundation walls. Additional serviceman arrived and helped finish up the job making sure to clean up the areas where there was dust from drilling. Approx 4 hours to complete for 1900 sf home.

Very polite, showed up when they said they would, completed work in a timely manner, took care to minimize disruption to property and did a thorough cleanup prior to departure. The true test, of course, is in the effectiveness of the initial treatment in destroying termites and keeping them from returning. Only time will tell.
