I would never expect any salesperson to come out to my house. I was flat out IMPRESSED. The suggestion he made has worked for nearly 2 years now. I admit that it can be easier just to go to the major home improvement chains, but sometimes it really does come down to customer service, something you can't put a price on and it's something the big box stores don't cater on. They have won my business by caring.
