+ -1 moreI would never expect any salesperson to come out to my house. I was flat out IMPRESSED. The suggestion he made has worked for nearly 2 years now. I admit that it can be easier just to go to the major home improvement chains, but sometimes it really does come down to customer service, something you can't put a price on and it's something the big box stores don't cater on. They have won my business by caring.
Description of Work: We moved into a new home, which was missing a duct in the wall to hook up the dryer. Staff made several recommendations of things we could do ourselves. One salesperson came by our house after work, on their own time, to check out the missing duct and made sure we were given the right info from the previous discussion.
