They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. Since I was not covered by flood insurance, they were willing to work with me on reducing my cost by limiting their procedures. They clearly knew what they were doing, very professional. It took several days with blowers and a dehumidifier. They came out almost daily at a time convenient to me to see if it was dry enough already, or if anything needed adjusting, and sometimes it did. For all the time and equipment they dedicated to it, I don't think the cost was out of line at all. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with a similar problem. (Despite the category, no smoke damage was involved.)
