They brought in a dumpster to place the lost items in but had it removed the next day before they had removed the items but after they had sanitized. They had moved stuff into a different area of the basement in anticipation of removing it but then another crew came in and they failed to remove it before they sanitized thus requiring additional sanitizing and more time with the very pricey machines in my basement.
I requested an estimate before the work started and was told that the guy that did that wasn't available. Later, after work had started, they provided an estimate of $1800.00. Upon completion of the job they charged my insurance 3300.00 ... almost twice the estimate.
Unfortunately, they are the best in the area but still lacking. If you use them I suggest that you are fully mobile and can keep track of what is going on. Don't let work begin that you aren't able to oversee.
