Easy to contact in the evening and got here the promptly the next morning, even before his ETA. Worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem while explaining the work being done. Reasonably priced. Will definitely call again if I need a plumber.

Showed up on time, did good work, billed what we agreed to, responsive to follow up questions. Much better experience than my previous replacement from a large chain store. I priced a couple of the chain stores and their install was more expensive as well. I would definitely use Salzer Plumbing again.

I was pleased at the promptness of the installer ( Eric Salzer). He went right to work and completed the pipe replacement in just over an hour and fifteen minutes. He took the old defective pies with him. The only negative I have concerning his visit was the invoice. He did not break down the parts and service charges . I was given one total bill. I prefer a bill showing both parts costs and labor separately. I would recommend his services to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

The work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time considering the location and size of the job. This is the second time I have called Eric for plumbing problems and I will call him again if I have another plumbing problem in the future.

Eric was very quick and prompt to give me an estimate, explaining all the proposed repairs. The work was performed exactly when and how it was promised. Because I couldn't be present at the time of the repairs I needed someone I deemed trustworthy and security conscious. Mr. Salzer was an excellent choice.

Eric was able to come in about an hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Fantastic!

Eric arrived exactly on time and began work diagnosing the problem. He then cleaned out our sink drain line pipe. After that he replaced the bathroom sink faucet. He was friendly and professional. Everything was completed in one hour. His charges were reasonable. I would hire him again should I have another plumbing issue.

I could not be more pleased with the way I was treated by the owner of this company. He is polite, professional, and does excellent work. When he is finished with the job he took extra care to make sure that there were no leaks and cared enough to make sure everything was wiped clean. He did the job right and I plan to call him again. What he has learned over the years he applies to his work and that is what makes him an excellent master plumber. I appreciate the nice job that you did!

It went VERY well. In fact, I have called Eric for two other plumbing issues (at a relatives home). Again I received immediate response, timely service. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Well. Apparently whoever plumbed my kitchen remodel was crazy, but he figured it out and got everything working. He told me what was wrong and what he was going to do. He was very neat and professional. Price listed is before the 5% coupon on Angie's list website. I will use him again if needed.

I called first thing in the morning and Eric came over promptly at 8:30. He assessed the situation, told me what the issue was and explained the repair process. He actually had the part I needed in his truck and made the necessary repairs in about an hour.

He did an excellent job on the replacement and installation. Cleaned work area, left without a trace other than quality workmanship.

Eric did a great job designing a solution that would work and minimize damaging the walls to do the installation. He was just a pleasure to work with and came up with a cost effective solution that worked.

He was very good at being patient and explaining everything wrong. He was able to correct everything without tearing out tile. Everything is working well. And he is conscious of leaving everything clean. Would definitely call him again for my plumbing needs.

Eric just left from replacing our water heater. I called him on a Monday and he was here on a Tue, and on a holiday week to boot. Our electric water heater was about 13yrs old, and needed replaced, Eric assessed the situation and replaced the unit successfully and quickly. The location of our water heater is in a challenging and snug spot, and he was able to successfully maneuver the old out and the new in w/o a hitch. Eric was polite the entire time, and I would not hesitate to contact again or refer to friends/family. Pricing was more than fair, especially considering the holiday, very appreciative of his hard work, and glad to have hot water again!

He was professional, efficient, honest & straight forward in answering my plumbing questions so I was able to throughly understand the problem. He added me on at the end of this day & didn't charge a huge same day extra fee.

I called on a Tuesday and Mr. Salzer offered to come out the next day. There was no need to rush anything as the water heater was still working so we set the appointment for Monday. He had an early morning job and told me he would call when he would be on his way to my home. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. I especially appreciate the new type of valve that he put on the water heater. Water heater cost is included in total noted below.

I looked for a plumber on Angies List and selected Salzer Plumbing based on previous reviews.  Eric arrived promptly at 8:30 as we  had agreed.  I showed him all the issues, he explained why the problem was occurring and what he would do to repair them. Based on his assessment and explanation, I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and would do a  good job.  Eric first replaced the main water valve so the water to the house could be completely shut off. He then replaced the garden hose faucet and piping which had split due to likely freezing and thawing.  He then advised that the corroded pipe I was concerned about be replaced, which he did.  Eric was very professional and explained everything he was doing along the way. I even learned a few things.  I feel confident in recommending Eric to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Eric was very professional and the pricing was very inexpensive. After coming out for an estimate on changing our old galvanized pipes to PEX, we set up a time for him to come out. He was on-time and worked as long as he could, which was only part of the day because he wanted to make sure we had water if he was unable to finish. He came back 2 days later to finish the job and completed it the 2nd day. Good work, timely, and at a good price. We will be calling him back soon to reroute a gas line for a new stove.
