the wireless connection is not working as much. I have to try and try to arm and unarm my home with wi-fi. I now have to call them an troubleshoot.

THIS is a security business??!!   My alarm was sounding and THREE people at this place had no idea what to do.  Let me explain.  I just moved into a new house that has the ADT alarm system.  It was disconnected so it was low on my list of things to take care of.  This morning it began to sound after I opened the patio doors.  As I held my ears I unplugged it, pressed buttons & did everything I could think of to disengage this alarm.  UNBELIEVABLY LOUD!!  As I held my fingers in my ears I looked for instructions?none.  So I asked my phone for number to ADT.     MUSIC!!!   You get MUSIC when calling the security services business.  I finally get thru and am given 4 choices, none that apply so I take sales because I know I'll get thru and they SHOULD know about their systems.  NOPE?.   "We are not trained in that" .   He transferred me but got to billing and they didn't know WHAT to do until I was disconnected.  I called back & got a woman who SAID she would transfer me to "tech".  The woman there asked for my phone number & when I explained I had none because I had just moved into a new house she got into the "MAM"  mode and disrespectfully explained to me how to disconnect using special business language the lay person doesn't understand.   I had the entire system disconnected and OFF the wall and it was still sounding.   Remember, during all of this the alarm is sounding.  Don't you think ONE of these people would have been concerned for me and determined to get me to the correct place??!!

It is a continuous process for home security. It was installed and is working satisfactorily and I haven’t had any more contact with them. It has just been fine.

I was away at a doctor's appointed and the alarm sounded and they called me and the police waited at my home for me to return.  I am so grateful for their service.

I called and scheduled an appointment, and was given an 8 - 12 window, so I had to stay home and miss half a day of work.  That would have been fine... except no one ever showed up, and no one called to tell me they were running late.  I called their office and was told they had no way to contact the truck, but that it should be there soon.  I was needed back at work and had to leave, feeling frustrated. You guessed it, they showed up less than 15 minutes after I headed back.  I understand that there are other service calls, and that they can take longer than expected, but is it too much to ask to call your other customers and let them know this?  Especially when it's nearing the end of the 4-hour window you originally gave them. After this experience I discontinued my ADT monitoring and switched to another alarm company.
