Great! Quality service, friendly people and very affordable! I will start going to Jim Whan's from now on with any of my car needs!

He called me to let me know what the problem was. He told me what the book estimate was for getting the job done; let me know that he would have to wait a day to get the parts in. And also let me know that he didn't think the book estimate was accurate, he didn't think he would have to put that much labor in and he would only charge me for what he actually did. The original estimate was $660. So he didn't have to do all of the labor that the book said and ended up charging me less. I was very pleased. That was what your review had said and that was my experience. It was great. He provided someone to drive back to my work and then to pick me up when the work was done. I dropped it off Thursday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon. He tries to get it done same day; of course for me, he had to wait for parts to come in. On punctuality, I didn't expect it until the end of the day and it was done by noon. If I was in the area I definitely would use them again.

They suggested services to consider having done and some they recommended waiting on. I ended up paying less than expected.

I have been doing business with Jim for YEARS and he has NEVER let me down!!

I highly recommend him. He's a very rare mechanic in that you might have three or four things wrong with your vehicle, but he will tell you what has to be done right now and what could be postponed if you don't have the funds to take care of all of it. He's less worried about money and more worried about taking care of his customers and getting repeat business. I've been using him for about five years.
