This summer we had work done on our house using 3 different contractors for 3 different projects. Bornhoeft was the only one who did the work when they said they would in the time they said they would for the price they said they would. Very nice and professional people to deal with. We highly recommend them.

Basic check, not a thorough cleaning.

I called as a new customer to schedule someone to come look at my boiler system because it didn't appear to be heating well. Found out that Bornhoeft isn't currently taking new clients with boilers BUT they actually gave me the name and telephone number of another company! That's great customer service!

They did a great job servicing my air conditioning unit. I am very pleased with the work performed.

They came the same day that I called. They were very reasonable when I used them before so I used them again. It was less than what other people had told me that they thought that it would cost to get it fixed. I think they charged me a reasonable price.

The service call was very good and I will use this company again.

Excellent service from Start to Finish!!

Contacted company at 9 am for a service call for a air conditioner that was cool but not cold. Had icing on outside lines.
Was informed that a serviceman would give me a call when he was avalible. I recieved a call around 2:30 to meet serviceman in about 15 to 30 min for access to redesidence. Serviceman was very professional and on time. After explaining the problem, he explained the issues of keeping the condencer cleaned and clear. He checked all other items that might be causing issues with my system. He was very courtious and professional with the laymen peering over his shoulder taking the time to explain what he was doing. In less than an hour he had my AC blasting cold air.
Was very pleased with this company and will not hesitate to call in the future.

I called on a Friday morning around 8 am, and they were out about 10:40 the same morning. My brother was supposed to let them in so I could work, they called him several times, and he didn't answer, so they called me and gave me the time to drive home, about 20 minutes. He ended up not having to do anything, I hadn't changed my air filter in several months and the whole system froze up. He told me to turn it off for several hours and it should thaw (it was about 90 degrees that day) and then put in a new air filter. He told me what to look for to make sure it doesn't happen again, and what types of general maintenance I should do for my air conditioning.

It went very well. Not only was the serviceman very knowledgeable, he was also extremely friendly. I would not hesitate to ask for him again if I were to need HVAC service in the future.

My furnace went out in the middle of the night - I stayed home from work and called 2 companies. While waiting for a return call - the temperature in my house was at 45 degrees. I got on Angie's List and found Bornhoeft with their good report. The experience was incredible - from the initial phone conversation - through the service call. Bornhoeft employees were concerned that I did not have heat and responded very quickly. (The other companies - put me on a list and said I would have to pay overtime.) Also, When paying for the parts and service, I explained that I had just bought new tires for my daughter for Christmas and would not get paid until 15 Dec 09. This was not a problem for Bornhoeft. I highly recommend this company.

Service man, Ron, is pleasant and helpful. Our heating and cooling run smoothly and reliably.
