Window Service
Came back to Well Expert after receiving a quote from a competitor for slightly less because I liked the fact that the salesperson provided so much information about the product and the process. Salesperson agreed to match the price and also include the free window well cleaning just like its competitor was doing. Window well covers are great but nothing at all was cleaned. Called customer service and escalated the issue and the final answer I got was they need to better educate their sales people on what is done in the cleaning process. Gave me a B.S. excuse about before and after pictures, and I said that if you guys installed new covers how would there be leaves and debris in there and customer service went radio silent. Very disappointed in this company and the overall result. Would definitely not recommend such an unprofessional company such as them.
