I hired these guys in 2019 for weed control. They did a terrible job. I am not 100% certain they actually provided the service I paid for. I had to call them multiple times to come back and spray for weeds. My lawn looked worse last year than it had in the previous 15 years I have lived at my home. I hired a new lawn service, TruGreen, this year and they have done a wonderful job. Weed Man has continue to charge me for services that I informed them I did not want. They told me they will continue to provide services indefinitely until I give them written notice I want them to stop (which I have now done) They have since sent the bills for services I did not want to a collection agency and are unwilling to work with me to fix this problem. Customer service is rude and nasty. I would never recommend anyone waste a minute of time with this company.

It is not very often that we get complaints regarding the results on the lawn, however we do take them seriously. Each lawn poses a different challenge when it comes to controlling weeds and creating thicker, greener grass. Good homeowner maintenance practices combined with our program is part of the battle, but good communication is also essential in helping us keep weeds at bay. We do offer free reapplications for lawns featuring more persistent weeds, but we rely on our customer to communicate this to us when the problem arises. However we thank you for your feedback and apologize for not meeting your expectations."

They were very responsive and professional, and returned quickly when requested. Assured me the chemicals were not overly toxic, which is important to us. The lawn looks better!

After talking with several other firms we retained WeedMan and have completed the first two treatments; the lawn looks much better already and we are happy with the choice we made. We also appreciated the Angie's List coupon for one free treatment.

So far, great! The fertilizer helped the grass immensely. The weed control application started to eliminate the weeds. I received a call from Weed Man stating that they would provide an extra application of the weed control (no cost to me) because my lawn had so many weeds; it did wonders in getting rid of all of them. (I can't believe the creeping charlie is dead now!) The grub and other insect applications are not due to be put on until June/July.

Weed Man killed half of my front lawn. I took good care of it myself for 13 years prior to last summer and never had a problem. In one of the photos it shows my neighbors lawn to the left of the fence line that is still alive.

We've only had two treatments applied to our lawn so far (one spring fertilizer and one spring weed killer) and the difference from last year is already visible. We're excited to see how the rest of the season goes and will be looking for Weed Man to continue next season!

Weed Man was much more professional than I was expecting from a lawn care company. They send out papers after each service and give you a hand written section of what they noticed so you actually know what's happening with your lawn. They were able to make other recommendations but were never pushy about it, just delivering facts. I was so impressed that I now have them doing the lawns of rental properties. The added curb appeal is unbelievable.

It went great they shown up as scheduled and communicated excellent through the entire process. I would use them again however I have moved to another state I wish I could hire them in the new state I move to but they dont have them. I hope I can find someone as professional and customer service orientated as this Co. Also they did a great service with great results they know what they are doing for sure. I wish I could of taken pictures before and after results.

It turned out well. They tried to sell me something on top of the big deal but it was more expensive than the normal price. They wanted to sell me a package of like six lawn treatments and my neighbors were getting lawn treatments from other people that were less expensive by $100. There was an idea that I was supposed to buy the rest of the service. The service was good I think and there was good weed control.
