We are an auto repair facility that services all makes and models foreign and domestic but specialize in European vehicles including Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche. We are a power house of ASE certified technicians and we are ready and able to take care of your car right the first time. We also speak Spanish and have a very friendly staff on board. Xavier spent the time to identify the real cause of the problem. Even though there had been a service advisory on the relay that controls the fans and even though the vehicle had been serviced for this in the past, when inspected Xavier found that we had somehow ended up with an old relay but in addition he discovered that the wiring to the relay had become corroded and that was causing a short that was allowing the fans to randomly start but not turn off.
Xavier also repaired the A/C leak and that was especially good because even though we'd had a pretty mild summer, just days after the repair, the summer heat returned and we were able to travel without any fear of melting in the August heat.
FYI - Xavier "Gets it" - being reliable, conscientious and thorough so you can get it right the first time is how you make a happy customer. I will heartily recommend Xavier and Benzworx AutoHaus to everyone I know.
