 + -1 moreXavier spent the time to identify the real cause of the problem. Even though there had been a service advisory on the relay that controls the fans and even though the vehicle had been serviced for this in the past, when inspected Xavier found that we had somehow ended up with an old relay but in addition he discovered that the wiring to the relay had become corroded and that was causing a short that was allowing the fans to randomly start but not turn off. Xavier also repaired the A/C leak and that was especially good because even though we'd had a pretty mild summer, just days after the repair, the summer heat returned and we were able to travel without any fear of melting in the August heat. FYI - Xavier "Gets it" - being reliable, conscientious and thorough so you can get it right the first time is how you make a happy customer. I will heartily recommend Xavier and Benzworx AutoHaus to everyone I know. And they lived happily ever after...
Description of Work: Xavier helped us with a couple of problems a leak in the exhaust, a leak in the A/C line and an electrical problem that others had been unsuccessful in finding the cause. Basically our ML320 cooling fans would start up to cool the engine but then on random occasions they would not turn off and if left alone would run till the battery died or until I went to check on it and unplugged the fans.
