I was referred to AYE by another Angie's List and quot;A+and quot; rated company as they did not service my area and I can say that I am happy this happened. From our first appointment through the final day of installation they exceeded every expectation we had. We met with Eric and Eduardo to discuss our initial ideas obtain a quote. We received quotes from other companies as well and during that process began to define exactly what we wanted and a price range for the project. After analyzing all of the quotes we had a good feeling about AYE and asked for a new quote with some more tightly defined design ideas and a budget in mind. They happily created a second quote and came back to me with a design they believed they could complete within our budget taking into account all of the requirements we had (2 seat walls, 2 pillars, Steps to door, Larger Patio area, etc.) During all of this they were extremely responsive and happy to continue working with us to define exactly what we could get to maximize our budget. Once we made the decision to go with AYE over other vendors they took care of the permit process and completed designs necessary for me to submit to our association. We then scheduled work to begin and they were not able to start on that exact date due to weather but started 2 days later and still completed the project on time and on budget. They are very focused on satisfying their customers and there attention to detail was noticed by us as well as several neighbors that commented on how hard they worked and how conscientious they where during the installation. Eduardo was fantastic at communicating their schedule and keeping me informed during all steps of the process. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the work they have done for us. Great Experience!!!! A++++
