We purchased Patio door, windows and a back door. The installer, Rick came out with no tools or supplies to install the doors and windows. My husband provided tools and bought trim (he didn't trim the interior windows and doors and wouldn't do the exterior if it weren't for my husband getting the supplies) . He left all the old windows and doors in the yard which we had to pick up. We paid him well for this lack of service. $300 for the sliding door, $250 for the back door and $300 for the windows. You would think he could get supplies. I did notify the lumber company. So if you get anything from them, ensure Rick doesn't install it.
