Roof looks great and company was easy to deal with. The job was extremely sloppy however. Materials left behind, exposed nails not caulked, chimney not properly caulked, and gutter guards installed wrong and some damaged/missing. Job was on Friday and they called on Monday to set up final payment. When I told them of the issues, they dispatched a crew to fix the issues, but the real problem here is that they should never have happened and they should have either inspected the roof or called right after the job. I shouldn't have had to get up on the roof to check at all. The only excuse I got for the issues was that they were trying to finish up before it rained. Excusable if they planned on coming back to finish the job, but it didn't appear as if that was going to happen. I wasn't going to write a review but I felt it was necessary to share with other members and the company itself.

The arrived on time and completed the job on time.  They cleaned up all old roofing from the ground and even used magnets to pick up any nails left on the ground.

The salesman came on time and was adequately prepared to answer all questions about the project, materials, etc. Pricewise, they came in about the middle. I chose them because I was most impressed with the actual product they were going to use on the house, which was a vinyl "hidden vent" soffit which looked much better than the cheese-grater style several other contractors were offering. I had two neighors who used their services and gave good reviews so that put them over the top for me. They came exactly when they said they would to do the work. Very polite, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves. No problems whatsoever. I would definitely give them a try again for other work in the future.

Excellent

Eagle showed up on the scheduled date, cleaned the roof off completely down to the decking. They then laid roofing paper/tar paper on the whole roof, followed by new roofing tiles and roof vents. They had a crew large enough to complete it all in one day, including a complete yard clean-up. All of which was an excellent job. Eagle was hired for this job because of previous similiar work done in this Villa complex in late 2011. 

Eagle did a wonderful job!!! When they came to give us the estimate for the work, they were totally honest and very fair about the price. Also, John and Brian, the gentlemen who came to do the installation showed up exactly on time, did the work in less time than expected, did a super job of cleaning up after themselves, and were extremely polite and pleasant. I would absolutely use them again and recommend Eagle to do work in your home. Thank you, Eagle for the great job!!!

EHI provided a schedule a week before arrival, stating: what Villas would be done; which day; what time they would start each day. They kept to the schedule which included rain days (only one was needed).

The EHI crews were professional in demeanor, punctual and friendly with the WHA residents..  No damage was done to landscaping or other propertiy of WHA. The EHI crews cleaned up at the end of every work day.  No nails or screws were left. All trash generated during the day was picked up and disposed of.   

WHA and I personnally would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was excellent. The quality was wonderful and they were very efficient. They were prompt and professional.
