It went well! The service team made up of Rick, Josiah and Kevin did a fabulous job. We couldn't be happier! They were professional, helpful and thorough. We are thrilled with our new high speed internet and have been very pleased working with Sonic Spectrum.

AJ picked up and delivered our CPU, worked on it all weekend, and brought it back faster and "clean" of viruses and all manor of bad computer stuff. He explained what we had, how we probably got it and how to avoid repeating our mistake in the future. Very flexible!
