Provider was professional and made good, cost saving suggestions. This was me selling my fathers estate so Fritzel talked me out of spending thousands I didn't really need to spend. Do a good clean job, on time. Has integrity.

This is a rental house and we asked for easy-maintenance suggestions. Jim came out and surveyed the house and came up with a simple, easy-to-maintain plan. Jim gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take (2 weeks until he could get to it, then 2 weeks for the job), and the results are beautiful.

I have used him several times over 9 years. He is very easygoing, easy to talk to, answers your questions. He is a nice guy. He is very flexible, and will do what you want. He has good help. Once the help gets here they get the work done really quickly. He sometimes gets booked up and you have to wait a few weeks to work with him.

It did take some time for us to be scheduled for the work (summer, their busy season), but once the work began, it went smoothly and quickly. The crew was hard working, helpful, and respectful of us and our property. They cleaned up well when things were completed. We are very happy with the results of our project.
