"Alan made an appointment to come to the house and give us an estimate.  He wrote the estimate right away and told us when he could come do the work.  He and his crew were on time, friendly, and professional.  They took all necessary steps to prepare the areas for painting, and keep the other areas clean.  They repaired drywall in the master bathroom, and down the basement stairwell.  Everything looks like new!  They didn't take any shortcuts on prep or painting.

This is a great company to work with."

"They were fantastic, they replaced my covered porch was able to save the roof, took out everything else and put in a whole new porch, supports, deck, railings, and staircase also had a great idea for wrapping the bottom of the deck which makes mine look unique compared to others in my neighborhood, I would highly recommend JR Development Unlimited Inc."
