They did everything they were supposed to do. They discovered that the electrical circuit we had would not be sufficient so they put in a new one for no extra charge. The outside unit traditionally would have been put on a poured concrete pad. What contractors are doing now is putting down a gravel base and putting plastic over it. I preferred a concrete pad and so they put one in for us. They did a good job. I would certainly recommend them.

The job that they did ended up requiring more than the bid was for and he did not charge me a cent more than the estimate he gave and I thought that showed that he has great integrity. He cleaned up well and did a very good job. They also removed and disposed of the old unit.
