"I'm going to let the other 10+ pages, 100+ reviews, winner of Angi's Service Award for every year that I've advertised, and Angi's annual criminal background check speak for themselves. I will however, clarify some of the points made as best I can. It won't be cinematic. This person paid $2k for the work performed. He has $6500 for the cost, but only paid a third. That's normal. This person's living is being out of town half of any given week. No one waited, this just happened to fall on a day when this person is out of town. This person was upset at some minor cosmetic flaws that, after a Rustoleum rep came to the job and saw for himself, was due to a freeze/thaw cycle (this job was in March 2020). He was compensated by Rustoleum. Should be noted that we did not provide the materials, this was a labor only job using materials supplied by the homeowner. This person rejected both mine and the representative's advice on how to proceed and demanded everything start over with the labor provided at no charge; this was our impasse, and was never going to happen. If he had bought the materials from us directly this would have been a whole lot easier for everyone. I am no thief. It's a bad business model and doesn't help in the long run. Again, have passed criminal background checks with Angi's and other paid advertisers, annually. At the end of the day, I haven't had contact with this person since 2020, although he left a work completed date that's 18 months later. He checked every category of services offered to him (of half we don't offer) in order to maximize exposure. He recently threatened to leave bad reviews everywhere because he's upset with some of my pictures used on our new website. So there it is. I wish him the best.
