I have used Sutton for many projects throughout the last several years and I am always very pleased by the quality of the job they deliver and their meticulous attention to detail. They are fantastic to work with from the bidding stage all the way through the completion of any project, large or small. It is pretty easy to tell right from the start that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority, which I assume is extremely important to most people when choosing a contractor for any job. I highly highly recommend them for any flooring needs from carpets, to hardwood, to vinyl, to tile. I have used them for small residential carpet jobs, moderate sized hardwood flooring jobs, as well as a 10,000sq+ ft vinyl flooring installation at my office that required a special application and they knocked it out of the park each and every time. Look no further if you are in search of of a professional, knowledgeable, and high quality contractor for your flooring needs.

Ryan Sutton came and gave me an estimate. I did my homework and he was really knowledgeable and hit all the points that I needed. They had a good selection and quality hardwood. It was an excellent installation.

We gave Sutton Country Carpet a deposit of $3000 on September 29 for carpet and tile installation for our great room and kitchen. Scott Sutton told us that the installation would take a maximum of 10 days and probably just 7. Rather than just bore you with all of the details I will just say that the installation started on October 23 and was not completed until January 4. Scott Sutton had many excuses for why and how things just kept going wrong. We asked the office manager for a discount and she said she would ask Scott to call us. We never received a call. We did get a bill for the entire amount. When I wrote a letter stating that instead of the 10 day installation we were promised it took 10 weeks, Scott replied that and quot;he knew his lord and savior would forgive him for his many mistakesand quot; and that he had a clear conscience and that we did not deserve any price consideration.
We have bought all of our carpet and flooring from this business since we built our house in 1986 but will not return.

Scott Sutton came to our home, measured and gave us a rough est. We went to the shop where Scott gave us a recommendation. He asked that we take a sample book home and make sure of what we wanted. After we selected Scott gave us a date when installation would start. He arrived on time. During the rip out it was discovered that there was some floor damage. Scott gave a quote for repair which I agreed to and the installation continued. The project took a full day longer than originally quoted but that was because of the extra work that had to be done. The finished work is fantastic. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

My interaction with them was very good. They recommended several different types of carpets. I was looking for something that was stain resistant and good for a high traffic area. They gave me several choices and lots of different price ranges. I chose one and they came and installed it very quickly. It was nicely done and I was very pleased with the carpet.

Scott came out and measured our kitchen and brought samples of floorings which he thought would work in our kitchen. He did not try to sell us anything that was out of our budget but stuck with exactly what we asked for. After we made our selection, they came out, prep-ed the floor and installed the new vinyl. The floor, entry and stairs look great.
