Excellent work! The difference is amazing! He also quoted me for the master shower and we're having him come back to do that. We're confident he'll do an excellent job there too - well worth the money! He even was willing to work on Sunday and labor day to fit my difficult schedule!

Extremely well.  They brought my tile and grout back to life and we no longer are thinking about re-placing the tile.  Would definitely recommend.

Damage my floors left drops of cleaner and when I showed him he felt bad, but I could of made him redo my floors which I didn't. He ruined my stainless steels sinks in the kitchen got caulk all over (messy work) scratched one glass in my shower, the only reason I am not given him a F is that the leak in the shower stopped so he did recaulk shower correct but ruined Stainless steel sink and floors. He was to come back and remove caulk from sinks and he told me the stain from shower would come off with Windex which it didn't. He was to return on June which I told him now I already had paid him enough to ruin my house.

I live in a high rise and my neighbor directly below had water damage to his ceiling in his shower stall. It was determined that the water came from my shower stall. The grout and caulk in my facilities was in very poor condition and needed to be repaired. I called three different companies and decided to go with "The Grout Medic". I was very pleased with the outcome and in fact will have them back to do work in another bathroom.

The grout in our entry way was discolored and cracked in several places. Some tiles were damaged. He responded to voicemail in very timely manner, came to estimate the next day and did a super job. I was especially happy with the results of staining the grout so it didn't look dirty.

I only paid them half of what they charged because they were pathetic. They did horribly. I had to point out areas which which did not have grout and areas they missed. The cleaning of the grout was basically washing my tile, which I can do easily. They did the wrong color of grout, so they used some weird paint to fix it and that didn't work. They were pretty terrible.

Alan was professional, courteous and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Total cost of job was only slightly more than original estimate. Quality of work was better than expected.

Alan was a dream to work with. He was able to come by for an estimate within a couple of days and we scheduled the appointment for shortly thereafter. He would have been able to complete both jobs in one day but the stains he brought were not quite right so he made a second trip with a custom stain that worked beautifully with my bathroom floor tiles. My shower now looks like it did when the bathroom was renovated in 1994. Alan used the exact same color grout as originally used and since the upper part of the shower was still looking good, he recommended doing only the bottom half below the accent tiles. Everything matched beautifully. The floor grout had been the same light color and looked dirty shortly after it was installed. The new stain is just a bit lighter than the terra cotta tiles and the floor looks fantastic. He also did a small job for my neighbor on his second trip out and she is very pleased with the results. Alan is very professional but extremely personable and accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking about renovating their bathroom because it looks dingy - his work can save you those thousands of dollars.

Alan himself came to the house for the estimate. He and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time. The work was done quickly without too much noise or fuss. He was done in the time frame he scheduled. The job when he finished was superb. He told me he loves the "Wow" factor of regrouting. It's like a new shower. Wow!!
