After getting a quote for removing a large tree, its stump and roots, and 2 other small stumps, it was like pulling teeth trying to get a general time that they would come out. The tree service was only a day late, but getting the stumps done took a whole week of "we'll do it tomorrow" before they actually came. And when they did they said the quote was off by $1,000 dollars and they had to add some of that to my bill. The actual removal services were excellent. They cleaned everything up very well and were quick and they did a good job.
