Water Heater Service
Previous Water Heater had a leak and it took me awhile to get a hold of Sears. I liked the service response but I felt like it was a little high in the cost.

Appliance Sale
For years we have been buying Kenmore Appliances from Sears. So when our 13 year old dishwasher broke we decided to buy a new one. We went to Sears Spring Hill Mall West Dundee. We were met with a totally unprofessional and obstinate sales rep. We inquired about dishwashers in the $400 to $600 price range. This imbecile sales rep then went on and on about all the problems in the $400 to $600 price range not once but 3 times. We had done Consumer Reports research and we were interested in 3 models. But the sales rep was more interested in selling us a dishwasher in the $800 to $1200 price range. We left him in mid-sentence as he was, again, going on again about the problems with the units in $400 to $600 price range. I am totally surprised that Sears, their appliances rate high, allows such unprofessional sales staff in their store. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THIS HAPPENS TO BE SEARS STORE CLOSEST TO THEIR WORLD HQ IN HOFFMAN ESTATES IL. Someone suggested buying the unit through the web and then order installation. We went to HLGREGG and LOWE after this and we chose LOWE and bought a rated Bosch for 494. Free delivery, free install, free take away AND a wonderful sales experience.

Lawn Tool Repair
I was pleasantly surprised because I thought I had a three year warranty but I actually have a five year warranty. Also, I misplaced my papers but they said it was no problem and they had everything; it was unbelievable. These guys were very professional. They did not try to sell me something that I don?t need. They stand behind their products.

Auto Tires
I go in during the weekdays when they are not as busy, opposed to the weekends when the wait is longer. Once they get started on my tires the job is done quickly. I would go back to them again.
