We have worked with general contractors and completed many “tear out and replace” projects in our homes over the years. Our experience with Jim Keller Kitchen Bath and Home went far beyond “tear out and replace.” They designed a space specifically for us, keeping in mind how we would use it, our “must haves”, and our décor taste. They created a new layout in our master bathroom that is not only perfect for us, it’s unlike any other bathroom on our block. It wasn’t only the design that went far beyond – the quality of the work done was impeccable. The job site was always clean, the crew was professional, friendly and kept us well informed about progress and the schedule. They paid attention to the details and ensured that all work was completed to the highest standard. There is no such thing as “good enough” with them. As a result, we now have bathrooms that are even better than we ever imagined they could be.

Posting this review at the request of my Aunt and Uncle who used this home remodeling service; however, they do not have any online accounts and don’t spend time navigating the internet. :) ************************************************************************ We learned about Jim Keller from our local community periodical and stopped by his establishment to see what he had to offer for our master bathroom remodeling project. When we met Jim we were very impressed with the showroom and it gave us an idea of what we wanted. We scheduled an appointment for Jim to come to the house to take measurements and he gave us an idea of how things would look. We then scheduled an appointment to select the cabinets and vanity top at his facility and he provided a catalog for us to take home and select the faucets and hardware. After he placed the order for the cabinets he estimated the date he needed to be at our home to do the installation and everything was right on schedule as he predicted. From beginning to end this project took about 4 weeks. The quality of the cabinets was better than we imagined. His installers were professional and did an incredible job. Our master bath is on the 2nd floor and every morning when they would arrive they put protective covering on the stairs and on the floors in the hall, master bedroom and bathroom. At the end of each day they removed all the protective covering, vacuumed and cleaned up the site. If we were to redo the kitchen and other bathrooms, this is the only place we would go from now on. The prices were fair and the quality of workmanship and products were superb. They did a beautiful job.

Great group of people to work with! Jim made us feel so comfortable. He offered suggestions, but was never pushy. We had a budget to work within and he helped us stick to it. We always knew what to expect each day, i.e. who would be arriving, what would be done and when. The entire staff had our best interest at heart, not theirs---and our bathroom looks AMAZING! We would highly recommend Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath.

We were extremely happy with Keller Kitchen and Bath from our initial consultation to the last day of the project. Their work ethic and integrity were fantastic. Jim worked with us in the initial design phase and kept editing and adjusting until we were completely happy. Everyone associated with the business was completely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied every single day. The timeline was very accurate. We did spend more than we planned but that was because we added several things to the original quote, not because the quote was low balled. The quote itself was spot on for the initial project. While a complete kitchen remodel is never convenient, they made the whole process as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Keller Kitchen and Bath.

Everything went great from the start. Jim Keller Jr went over all the options with us in their showroom and explained the differences in accessories. He designed a layout that was functional and appealing. The quality and workmanship are top-notch. We will use them again and refer to all our family and friends.

I’ve been trying to forget. Worst experience I had ever had with a hired contractor. I thought they were just what I was looking for a family company. First the estimate was nowhere close to actual cost. I understand there can be differences but this was a lot. Keller company was condescending to me from nearly everyone from Kristi Jim Especially Brett. Their two hired guys were respectful. It was a real drag working with them. Since I gutted my kitchen and had a different contractor and it was amazing the difference between the two contractor. I did not have a single issue. I recently moved and gutted another bathroom and kitchen again great contractor great results. So I think it’s fair to say it’s them not me. It took me awhile to get over the horrible experience I had with a Keller.

My wife had a kitchen of her dreams in mind. Jim Keller Jr., Kristie and Lisa were invaluable in the design phase helping her realize her dream and steering us away from decisions we would regret. Thankfully we listened to their advice as closely as they listened to our wants and desires. The end result is nothing short of spectacular! When construction began, I think we were both surprised by the extent of the demolition, but, as promised, dirt and dust were kept to a minimum. Brett Keller oversaw the construction phase and he along with Jeremy the trim carpenter and a few subs did wonderful work! Even one of their of subcontractors has ideas that improved the end result! Bottom line...we feel extremely fortunate to have found Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath! You will not be sorry! We are looking forward to bathroom remodels and they will only be done by Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath!

The moment I spoke to Jim Keller I knew we called the right company to do work for us. The entire team, Jim, Rose, and Kristie talked us through the project explaining in detail how the process works and what to expect each step of the way. While my husband has a good understanding of the work that needed to be done, I am a novice at this and not only did I receive wonderful service, I feel like I received an education along the way. I was part of the team and they worked patiently to lead me to a well informed decision and beautiful outcome. The team at Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath are the epitome of customer service. I commend them on how they answered questions, returned my calls, and provided quality craftsmanship every step of the way. When looking for a contractor, one need not look further than this family owned and operated business and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Went better than expected with wonderful results.  Project was to remodel a kitchen, change the layout, and install new appliances. 
Prior to finding Keller, we tried another builder that was more expensive but was not even close on understanding our design criteria and interest in trying to keep costs under control, so we dropped them.  The experience with Keller was so much smoother, we discussed our design criteria and budget, and Keller quickly came up with a proposed layout and 3D computer rendering that was spot on for what we were looking for the first time.  We appreciated the direct and honest feedback to our questions, and the ability to make sure we understood the reality of some of our ideas.  The remodel was quoted to take about 10 weeks, and even with a few mid-project additions on our part, the project was completed in 10 weeks.  The project was well organized, the work area was cleaned every evening, and our families concerns were always kept in mind since we were living in the house during the entire project.  
We are very impressed with the quality of cabinets, materials, and workmanship that were offered for our budget.  One shining example of attention to detail is when I found out that Keller actually modified the drawer under the cooktop so it can still be used even though there were features protruding from the bottom of the cooktop, instead of just installing a drawer face and eliminating the drawer box.  Also, any contractors that were used had long standing relationships with Keller and did excellent work.
Of course there were a few surprises with the project that could not have been predicted until all the walls were opened, but Keller notified us of any issues and provided some fairly ingenious solutions to help meet our true design goals.  There were some additions on our part in the middle of the project which Keller readily accepted and worked to maintain the original time line.
The other builders were not flexible on helping us meet our design goals while considering our budget, but Keller offered options that allowed us to get the kitchen of our dreams while keeping our financial requirements in mind.
Even after the project was done, Keller was very responsive at answering questions and providing support for some details that did not show up until after the project was complete.

I was provided with details on how to prepare for the remodel which made getting ready so easy. We went to the show room to choose the cabinets, handles and flooring. Construction was started on time as promised and completed when promised. Each day the staff cleaned up thoroughly and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The kitchen is much easier to use, more comfortable and beautiful. So much better than anything I've ever had.

I have used this company since the early 1990's. They built a dining room, with a beautiful skylight, added a bathroom and remodeled another one, and recently designed and built a cabinet for a large television with special storage for DVD's, two deep drawers and roomy cabinets. There is even room on top to display more of my village. This family run business is HIGHLY recommended. They are honest, considerate, friendly and professional.

Installation of the kitchen components. They also isolated the construction
Area in special ways to minimize the travel of dust to other areas of the house.

We used Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath when we completely remodeled our kitchen five years ago. We were extremely pleased with that result, so did not hesitate to call this family company again when we were interested in redoing our bathrooms this past fall. Again, our experience was excellent. Jim Sr. worked with us to make our design choices, and was very helpful. The work began and ended on schedule. The team was both professional and friendly. The quality of the work was excellent. The Kellers responded to all our (minor) concerns in a very timely way. When we had one further small issue--after the job was officially done and the bill had been long since paidl--they came out almost immediately to resolve the problem. The bathrooms look great. We recommend this company without hesitation.

Took about 2and 1/2 months but went great. We are very pleased with the workmanship, quality of work and sales service. They were very helpful in picking out the cabinets, counters, faucet, hardware, Marvin door and window, oak floor, and clean demolition. The drywall replacement is flawless.

Went great. Great desgin provided by Keller, reliable and quality workmanship, no surprises, prompt, clean.

Keller's acted as the general contractor for the project, and would take care of all details if required, though we arranged for our own flooring subcontractor. All the work was done well. It seemed to be somewhat slow, though, approximately 10 weeks from demolition to functional kitchen (with additional time for all the final touches to be completed). The project did go over the week of July 4th, when the company had vacation. This was within the range of time they told me to expect, but there were frequently times when it seemed like there could have been something going on and there wasn't.

Work started 3 days earlier than originally planned. Workers were very courteous and always cleaned up at the end of a shift. Owner was on site at least 1-2 times a week. The owner always called if the workers would be late or if the schedule changes. Work took 6-7 weeks with a few touch ups done a few weeks later. Total cost was less than 5% over original estimate and included owner initiated upgrades and unplanned relocation of a heat duct.
