DLM Home Inspection

Mike offers a very thorough and easy to use home inspection. He's among the best with his professionalism, ease to set up an appointment, and knowledge about homes. The report has detailed pictures with easy to ready descriptions and his turn around is very quick because he has an efficient, digital software to help him. It seems to me that his software allows him to focus more on the physical part of the inspection rather than using his time organizing the report.
He offers suggestions about repairs and because everything is photo-documented it's easy to address later on. I'm sure contractors who make the repairs will find his report as easy to read as I do.

Mike Cummins, the DLM home inspector, was extremely professional and competent. He arrived 30 minutes early and spent several hours carefully completing the home inspection. He was very thorough and explained all of the problems he identified quite clearly. he even looked at moisture presence/mold risk as part of the inspection. He completed the inspection report the same evening. We needed clarification on a few issues, and he very promptly responded to all our requests. He is extremely punctual and responsive, and returned phone calls and emails within minutes.
We did a lot of research on home inspectors and I called around to many providers to get a sense of pricing, services offered and availability. I saw Mike Cummins was highly recommended on Redfin, so he was one of the providers I considered. After considering price, availability and the quality of responses to my questions, I decided to go with Mike for our inspection, and am glad that I did.
