I wish I knew to call Compass Heating and Air first. These guys actually know what they are doing. Compass Heating and Air corrected the previous service provider's installation mistakes. Now both humidifiers are working as they should.

I don't know where to start. Mike and his crew were EXCELLENT. First he and most of his workers are veterans. The main reason why I chose to work with him even though he was more expensive than the rest of the other companies because of his HONESTY. I can't begin to explain how difficult it is to find honest and professional workers. He personally came to my house and gave me a quote and he assured me that he would personally install the units with his crew. All the other companies had sales representatives do the quote and have a different crew install the units. When you have the same person do the quote and do the work there is less room for miscommunication. Mike was very informative, he explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend Mike because of his honesty and his attention to detail.

They were very reliable and responsive. They did the best cleaning we have ever had on our AC system. They explained the process thoroughly and let us decide what work was to be done. I like that they contact us to setup any appointments.I would use them again in the future.

Installed new whole house humidifier, replacing an old humidifier which turned out to have been poorly installed. Mike was very thorough, and explained how everything worked, including answering heating questions unrelated to the services I paid for. He had some things to check on and followed up a few days later with his findings.

Our roofer had noticed moisture in the attic while he was conducting an inspection on a separate issue.  We called Compass Heating & Air to see if they could determine the cause. Their service technician Mike came and was able to determine the cause of the moisture and frost build up and provide us with a solution. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. I would recommend this company to others.

I had water by the furnace and Mike came out the first day and cleaned out the trap for free.  When that didn't work they came back right away the next day and re piped and it took care of the problem.  They made it a priority to fit me into the schedule.

I feel like they are both very knowledgeable and trustworthy.  A combination that can be hard to find.
