They repaired an air conditioning problem very quickly even though they were very busy.

The company sent out a service rep within one hour of our phone call. He gave us the option of replacing a failed circuit board or going with a replacement furnace. No pressure; just information. The owner subsequently installed the new furnace by himself - a difficult project, but performed with skill and quality. The new furnace works great and the work site was left clean and safe.

I originally had a different company diagnose my AC. The original company said my coil needed to be replaced and tried to upsell me the whole unit which I about did. For a second quote, I am glad I was referred to Jim and his son at Comfort King, they were absolutely amazing. They got to my house early and within about 10 minutes found the problem. My AC needed some work (leveling, cleaning the coils and some drain line repair). Not the $3000 coil/AC that the other service tech wanted. Jim is extremely honest, professional and trustworthy. I will completely trust Comfort King to do all my future installs, repairs and cleaning and will refer him to anyone I know that needs HVAC work. There are honest people out there, but sometime they are hard to find. Trust me, Comfort King is a great company to have work with you. Thanks so much for the great job

Jim and his crew did an excellent job again. Two years ago they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for our first floor, this time they did the upstairs. They pay attention to every detail and did a quality job. We had estimates from a widely advertised chain hoping we could save money, but Comfort King was cheaper for the same exact equipment. They treated our house with respect, tarping everything and making sure everything was left just as they found it. We have some small duct work to do in the attic and they will be back in a few days to fix it.

I received three estimates, and Comfort King was the most professional, and their price was in the middle. The guy who came out knew the most. They gave me several different pricing options with different levels.

Great job and an innovative solution. While other vendors were unsure whether they could do the work, Comfort King came up with an innovative solution by relocating the air intake. This made the system quiter and created the space to install the filtration and humidifier. The work was done promptly and on estimate. Very professional work. ONLY drawback was that he was hired as a sub-contractor through a larger project, and the contractor has turned ot to be dishonest. But that should not reflect negatively on Comfort King.

They were able to quickly find the problem as well as fix it and didn't charge us for the quick visit which was nice. I was pleased with their work and already have them scheduled to come again.

The employees arrived on time and before leaving explained the operation of the new furnace.

I am happy with the maintenance system. They take the time to explain what they are checking and how everything is working. They answer any questions I have. I know that they are taking the time to make sure everything is running perfectly.
