 + -1 morePaul is the owner, but usually you meet one of his employees first. We were disappointed in the result because part of the key entry was cut off and we now have to play with the key to get the car to start. We were also disappointed in the cost of the new keys and fob and after receiving the car back, my husband's old fob no longer worked, so we still only have one fob that works. The 2 keys and fob were $200.48 which is the amount he was charged from Cadillac for cutting the keys and for the fob.
Description of Work: Repaired ignition key wasn't turning. He replaced the part inside the steering column that the key fits into. We also ordered 2 additional keys and an additional fob for our 2004 Cadillac. Replaced battery and fixing something in the steering column.
