 + -1 moreZenith replaced our roof last September and did a good job. At this time, they wrote a contract to replace six windows in our lower level. We put down $1400.00 (50%) at this time. Windows just now (6/27/13) were finished and the only reason we feel this got done was because we kept calling and calling. They finally subcontracted the work out to another independent who did a great job and was there when he said he would be. To be fair, Zenith did knock off $500.00 of the quoted price for our trouble.
Description of Work: Replace windows on lower level of house.

 + 0 moreThis has been a miserable experience. I would never recommend Zenith Home Improvers to anyone. They lack quality, timeliness, professionalism and everything you would expect from a company you would trust to help you improve your home. I gave them my trust and $700 of my hardworking money and they took it and ran.
Description of Work: Ordered a door in May and gave a $700 deposit which they cashed the very next day. Two months went by and I had to start calling them everyday to get them to deliver my door. They finally came in August to install. Unfortunately, Zenith Home Improvers, which I now refer to as Zenith Home Wreckers, failed to measure the door to ensure that the size was correct. So it wasn't until after they removed and destroyed my old door, that they discovered they had ordered the wrong door (handle/hinges on the wrong side) and the wrong size (4" too tall). They sawed my house to make the opening bigger, destroyed my siding above and below the door in the process, and jammed the door into place as a temporary solution. They left the siding, trim, ect. unfinished. I have 2" gaps around a very unsecured door! It's a disaster! They said that they would put a rush on the correct door and they would be back in two weeks to fix and finish everything. Now it's October and they are no longer answering their phones, never came back and never returned my deposit.

 + 0 moreordered 4 windows and a storm door, and gave 2K deposit, many calls placed to this company, promises made, never delivered. Dec. till April !! Still has deposit, going to small claims court next week.
Description of Work: no services performed, still has a 2K deposit, since Dec. 2010 and it is now April
