On time and the job was done right. I've had a mixed bag of results with contractors over the past several years. Zeco is consistently one of the best and gives me a lot of comfort when working with them. They are honest and reliable, two of the most important attributes in the contracting industry, which too few actually have.
Most recently they restored our basement after a flood. Upon my direction, they re-used and re-installed cabinetry and appliances whenever possible. They put up new drywall, taped, sanded, primed and painted; also installed/painted new baseboard. The taping and painting was done very well (no seams at all) and the painting was professional - straight cut lines, no over paints or drips. They know what paint and what brushes/rollers to use on specific surfaces. When complete, the basement was left in broom clean condition, no debris; there was plenty of drywall dust, but no debris.

Nothing but good things to say starting with Anthony, the owner, who arrived on time and was thorough in explaining the options available. The price quoted for the windows , patio door, and flooring was within my budget so I decided to get all completed,. The entire process was equally smooth from a sales perspective. Quotes were emailed timely, and Anthony made an appointment to return to my home so I could sign the contracts when it was convenient for me.
Anthony quoted 4.5-days to install (the windows, doors, and flooring) and it took exactly that. The installation crew arrived on time and picked up after themselves nicely (thank you!) They were professional, efficient, as unobtrusive as possible, and friendly...so much that my neighbors have made appointments with Zeco to get their windows and patio door replaced.
In the interest of full disclosure I will add that one window came in missing its decorative grids which, to be totally honest, I didn't even notice but would have eventually. Anthony noticed it right away and explained the process for correcting this. The whole process has been stress-free and a very positive experience. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company with integrity. You should absolutely give them a try.

The company owner, Mr. Bezeri, personally met with me on all projects in advance and provided aIn itemized contract for each one. He drove me to the Granite/Marble supply house for selection of the materials. He and his staff came in ON-TIME with each project, and Mr. Bezeri personally and promptly notified me of any delays with the delivery of materials or possible issues.
I highly recommend this contractor. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH ALL 5 PROJECTS.
