Yonan Carpet One Floor & Home

It was easy. I chose the carpet at the store, an employee came out the next day to measure and a day later I had an estimate. On the installation day, the workers were very concerned that our stairs weren't even...they were worried that gaps would be visible next to the wall. Well, I don't know how they did it, but there weren't any gaps and the stairs look great!

The salesman was helpful and we appreciated the effort he put in to meet a tight installation deadline.
The installers did good installation work, but were unprofessional in demeanor and left a bit of a mess.

Reasonable price but a lousy job installing it. Non responsive.

Horrible. Ordered tile in late Jan. and was told it would all arrive in 1 wk. Eight days later, salesman called to see if we still wanted to order tile (he'd gone on vacation), w/25% fee for re-stock. At this time he stated that some tile would arrive in mid-March, but most would be in within a week. One week later, no call and no tile. Called to check and told it would be in on a Friday. No call Friday or Saturday. Called store Sunday and told it was not in. Called Monday and told it had been in the back of the store all weekend. Tile looked horrible, digitized coloring did not look like the sample we brought home and decided to bring wall tile back and keep the floor tile. Was told to keep the wall tile temporarily and they'd get back to us with the details regarding 25% re-stocking fee. Mid-March came and went without the remaining tile arriving, or any calls from Yonan. Multiple calls placed to store without response. Tile arrived in mid-April, attempted to charge 50% restock fee.

WORK LOOKS GOOD AND WAS DONE QUICKLY AND AT THE TIME SCHEDULED. ONLY SLIGHT PROBLEM IS THAT WE JUST PAINTED THE WALLS PRIOR TO THIS, AND THEY SCRATCHED SOME OF THE PAINT WITH THE END OF THE CARPET WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT. NO BIGGIE, AS WE CAN JUST RUN A ROLLER OVER THAT AREA, BUT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF WE DIDN'T NEED TO. OVER ALL, WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, THE SALES GUY WAS FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE, THE PRICE WAS GREAT AS WELL.
